How do I purchase tickets to the Tour? 

You may purchase presale tickets in advance, online or in person, through the Wednesday prior to the Tour.

Presale tickets may be purchased in person from June 1 through the Wednesday prior to the Tour at HOUSE at Hudson, 46 Ravenna St., Suite D-4, Hudson, OH 44236.

Presale price: $35.

Tickets are available during store hours only. Cash or check only.

During Tour days, tickets may be purchased onsite at the Ticket Tent at East Woods Intermediate School (120 N. Hayden Parkway, Hudson).

Hours: Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Onsite price: $45.

Credit cards (transaction fee applies), cash, or checks will be accepted onsite.

Presale tickets are available only through the Wednesday before the Tour.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Do I need to purchase tickets for a certain day?

No, once you purchase your tickets you can visit homes and gardens either Friday or Saturday – your choice. You can also tour properties both days if you prefer not to visit all properties on one day. However, you can visit each property only once.

Will I receive a physical ticket after my online purchase?

No, all purchases are "will call" at East Woods Intermediate School (120 N. Hayden Parkway, Hudson). Just bring your email receipt with you to pick up your Tour Program Booklet and booties.

What ages need to purchase a ticket?

All guests 12 and up need to purchase a ticket. Please note that no strollers are permitted in homes or gardens.

What do I use for a ticket to visit the properties?

The Tour Program Booklet is your ticket to visit the properties. The Tour includes homes and gardens to visit (some stops are a combination of the home and the garden). The Tour is self-guided, and parking is available near each home. Parking ambassadors will be onsite to assist with parking.

Guests who purchased online presale tickets should check in at the Ticket Tent located at East Woods Intermediate School (120 N. Hayden Parkway, Hudson). At the Ticket Tent, you will receive your Tour Program Booklet, which includes:

- a map of Hudson showing all Tour properties

- addresses for all locations

- description of each of the properties

You will also receive your booties (shoe covers) to wear inside every home on the Tour. Please keep and reuse your booties for all homes throughout the event.

Guests who purchase tickets onsite at the Ticket Tent will receive their Tour Program Booklet at the time of purchase.

What hours are the properties open to visit?

Homes and gardens are open to visitors from 10am to 7pm on Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.

Are the properties handicap accessible?

These homes and gardens are private property and not considered to be handicap accessible.

Can I take photographs inside the homes?

Sorry, no photography is allowed. Photographs will be posted in the Photo Gallery on our website sometime after the Tour.

How do I attend the Preview Party?

The Preview Party is a premium ticketed event and will take place the Thursday evening before the Tour. Visit our ticket section for more information.

Where is the Garden Shop located?

The Garden Shop is located at East Woods Intermediate School (120 N. Hayden Parkway) in Hudson. The shop is open to the public - NO TICKET IS NEEDED.

Where is the Tea Room located?

The Tea Room is located at East Woods Intermediate School (120 N. Hayden Parkway) and is open from 1pm to 4pm both Friday and Saturday of the Tour. The Tea Room serves an assortment of complimentary homemade cookies and ice tea. A visit to the Tea Room is included with your Tour admission.

What happens if it is raining / inclement weather?

The Tour takes place rain or shine. Bring your umbrella in the case of rain. Booties are worn inside all the homes which will be provided to you when you pick up your Tour Program Booklet.

Where can I find restrooms?

Restrooms are available at East Woods Intermediate School (120 N. Hayden Parkway, Hudson). Other restroom locations are noted on the map included in the Tour Program booklet.

No restrooms are located at any of the Tour properties.

How does the Hudson Garden Club use the funds raised from this event?

Proceeds from the Tour fund the Hudson Garden Club's grants to non-profits within the greater Hudson area, scholarships, tree plantings, library book donations and much more. In addition to enjoying a day in Historic Hudson, you are also helping the Hudson Garden Club give back to the community. Thank You!
